Zer0Tox Plus -40/90 °C

Zer0Tox Plus is a non-toxic inhibited  Coolant/Heat Transfer Fluid (Antifreeze).

Designed specifically for use in low temperature closed loop cooling and chilling equipment used in installations where toxicity is a concern such as in the pharmaceutical, food and beverage production industries. Due to its exceptionally low viscosity, high heat capacity, high density & high thermal conductivity, Zer0Tox Plus is a much more efficiënt choice of Heat Transfer fluid than existing fluids based on Mono Propylene Glycol (MPG).

  • High performance/ Super low viscosity: lower dynamic viscosity up to 70 % less viscous than the low efficiency MPG based products. Zero Tox Plus is specifically engineered for high-performance, low-pressure and exceptional thermal stability. It is a more efficient heat transfer compared to propylene glycol, it is easier to pump than propylene glycol. Especially at low temperatures and thus less of the coolant is needed to reach the same freezing point.
  • Protective: Protect against corrosion and biological fouling and reduce stress cracking damage to plastic piping.
  • Economical/cost effective: Increase heat transfer efficiency, reduce energy consumption, reduce pump workloads and extend pump life and increase productivity.

Zero Tox Plus Ready Mix: is supplied in  ready to use concentrations depending on the freeze protection required.

Zer0Tox Plus Concentrate:  To be diluted with water before use:  is supplied as a concentrate ready for dilution on-site to the correct freeze protection level. It should be noted that if onsite dilution is to be used the use of de-ionised water is recommended.

Maintenance of heat transfer fluid systems

This program is designed to support and help our customers get maximum life out of our fluids, throughout their systems lifecycle. This program includes sample analysis, operational & safety training, system flush and refill assistance (e.g flushing/cleaning systems and flush and refill fluids).

We offers heat transfer fluids testing to detect contamination, thermal degradation, and other conditions that may impact system performance. To conduct your sample analysis, we will provide you with easy-to-use sample kit. Additional analyses are available on request. A results report of the tests/analyses with comments on the fluid/system condition and any corrective actions will be provided.

This comprehensive program includes maintaining the fluid, including advising a suitable fluid for the application, providing change-out advice or assistance, establishing a fluid monitoring program and providing regular sample analyses with comments on the fluid condition and any corrective actions.

Zer0Tox Plus is compatible with the majority of commonly used metals  and elastomers in the cooling industry. It should be noted that the compatibility of elastomers is not just a function of chemical makeup and elastomer identity but also on the basis of elastomer quality and the use of extenders of fillers used to produce the elastomer.
