Viscosuper is a low viscosity formate based heat transfer fluid with exceptional heat transfer properties at low circulation temperatures. The inhibitors added to InnogreenChem Viscosuper ensure that the fluid protects metal surfaces from corrosion, prevents fluid degradation and biological fouling.

  • Corrosion resistant: Viscosuper is formulated with long lasting corrosion inhibitors that form a coating on metal surfaces protecting against corrosion and degradation.
  • Very low temperature operation: Viscosuper retains an exceptionally high fluidity and thermal conductivity at low circulation temperatures making it easy to pump and achieve a high COP. The use of Viscosuper can achieve energy savings in cooling.
  • Optimum flow: Viscosuper enables a low working pressure of cooling systems.
  • Fully and easily biodegradable: Viscosuper is fully biodegradable and is free from harmful nitrates, nitrites, heavy metals, borax, amines and inefficient glycols.
  • Non toxic: Viscosuper is non-toxic and suitable for use in cooling applications within the food, beverage and dairy industries .
  • Wide range of cooling and heating operation: Allows a single fluid to be used in many applications where both cooling and heating are required.

Viscosuper Ready Mix: is supplied in 4 ready to use concentrations depending on the freeze protection required.

Viscosuper Concentrate:  To be diluted with water before use, is supplied as a concentrate ready for dilution on-site to the correct freeze protection level. It should be noted that if onsite dilution is to be used the use of de-ionised water is recommended.

Maintenance of heat transfer fluid systems

This program is designed to support and help our customers get maximum life out of our fluids, throughout their systems lifecycle. This program includes sample analysis, operational & safety training, system flush and refill assistance (e.g flushing/cleaning systems and flush and refill fluids).

We offers heat transfer fluids testing to detect contamination, thermal degradation, and other conditions that may impact system performance. To conduct your sample analysis, we will provide you with easy-to-use sample kit. Additional analyses are available on request. A results report of the tests/analyses with comments on the fluid/system condition and any corrective actions will be provided.

This comprehensive program includes maintaining the fluid, including advising a suitable fluid for the application, providing change-out advice or assistance, establishing a fluid monitoring program and providing regular sample analyses with comments on the fluid condition and any corrective actions.
